Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact, managing incoming calls, documenting work requests, and dispatching tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Dispatch: Answer phone calls from public and internal customers (employees, patients, visitors). Accurately document and dispatch work requests. Security & Monitoring: Monitor facility environmental alarms, including doors, gates, parking lot intercoms, and CCTV systems. Workflow Management: Assist with organizing workflow and assignments for patient transporters. Provide shift coverage for other representatives as needed. Process Improvement: Provide actionable feedback to leadership on ways to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and maximize departmental performance. Special Projects: Lead or participate in various projects in support of the department. General Duties: Perform all position-appropriate duties in a competent, professional, and courteous manner. Qualifications & Skills Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Experience: Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience required. Experience in an administrative support role, customer service, call center, healthcare, or dispatch service is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Communication: Excellent ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, memos, and correspondence in English. Soft Skills: conflict resolution and customer service skills. Must be able to successfully navigate a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Physical Demands: Requires sitting in the same location, standing, and walking. Must be able to stoop, climb, and lift light materials or equipment (10 to 20 lbs). Environment: Located in an indoor area with frequent exposure to mild physical discomfort from dust, temperature, and noise. Safety: This role does not involve exposure to respiratory particulates, blood, body fluids, or other potentially infectious materials.

salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour
