MEP Project Manager

I’m currently partnered with one of the largest mechanical contractors in the nation with an outstanding reputation for executing complex, full-scope MEP projects in mission-critical and healthcare environments. We’re hiring two experienced Project Managers to own multi-million-dollar MEP scopes (up to $50M+ each): Data Center Project Manager – St. Louis Metro Area Full mechanical scope leadership on hyperscale and enterprise data center builds/expansions. Healthcare Project Manager – Arkansas End-to-end MEP delivery for major hospital, medical office, and healthcare facility projects. What You’ll Own (Full MEP Scope) Complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing execution on large-scale projects Process piping, medical gas, underground utilities, and specialty systems Budget, schedule, subcontractor management, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout Strict adherence to quality, safety, and industry-specific standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, HIPAA, Uptime, etc.) Coordination with owners, GCs, engineers, and commissioning teams Travel as required (fully covered) | Site-based or regional with strong living support.
