Order Fulfillment Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We stand out in our industry as technical experts that provide the best solutions to meet customer goals. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for serving customers by using your skills to ensure the accurate fulfillment of orders. Whether preparing new equipment or providing service for existing customers, you will be an ambassador of the company. You will: Process new orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Program wireless systems according to order-specific requirements. Prepare and ship equipment to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Manage inventory levels and ensure standard inventory items remain adequately stocked. Place purchase orders and receive incoming equipment into the warehouse. Process and manage product returns, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. Receive products and accurately place them into inventory according to purchase orders. Manage order documents through Zoho Books. Coordinate and manage customer Will Call order pickups. Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status, fulfillment, and any issues that may arise. Provide a high degree of customer service and professionalism during every customer interaction. Look for opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a hardworking critical thinker with proficient customer service skills to join our team. A highly motivated and dependable administrator with excellent organizational skills. A self-starter and proactive problem‑solver who will look for ways to improve standard production processes. You will be required to manage a large number of details with accuracy. We are looking for: Has a high school diploma or equivalent; no college degree required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem‑solving and follow‑up skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Professional and customer‑focused approach. Is comfortable learning new technology, systems, and processes. Has the physical ability to stand, crouch, bend, and lift objects throughout a standard workday. Has experience using cloud‑based software in a shared environment, such as Google Docs and Google Sheets. Preferred: Some personal or professional experience working with electronics, wireless technology, or similar equipment.
