Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently throughout the shift using a headset-based system.
• Walk up to approximately 10 miles per day while maintaining a steady and productive work pace.
• Use an RF scanner to locate, pick, and resupply bins with inventory as needed.
• Stock and maintain inventory freight in preparation for order picking while working on foot.
• Perform picking and packing tasks to prepare orders for shipment.
• Follow established warehouse processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Handle products and materials safely, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Work assigned shifts, which may include weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support smooth warehouse operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Hershey, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $21.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
