Let your career find its purpose here at Abrazo.MRI Technologist Full Time Nights Position SummaryWorks with the Radiologists and other personnel to perform technical procedures in Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Coordinates with other departments the day-to-day activity for MRI safety and procedures.SPECIAL SKILLS: Good verbal and written communication skills necessary to understand oral and written instructions stated in medical terms and to exchange information with patients and staff.SUPERVISES: Functional supervision will be exercised over cross-training Radiology Technologists and/or students.THE MRI TECHNOLOGIST FULL TIME NIGHTS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE. MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completion of accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Prior general radiology experience or prior MRI hospital experience. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Three years MRI hospital experience. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Current Certification for ARRT, MRTBE, ARDMS, JRCNMT, NMTCB or ARMRIT. CPR.
