Production Worker

Production Worker (2nd Shift) Schedule: MondayFriday, 2:00 PM10:00 PM Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Location: Aurora, IL Position Overview We're hiring dependable Production Workers to support a quality-focused manufacturing process. This role is primarily responsible for checking and inspecting materials to ensure surfaces are clean and ready for the next step in production. What You'll Do Inspect materials to confirm no residue remains on the surface prior to preparation for painting Perform visual quality checks to ensure materials meet standards before moving forward in the process Handle materials throughout the inspection process, including lifting and repositioning as needed Support production needs based on current workflow, which may include Production Braze or QC (Quality Control) tasks Physical Requirements Maximum lifting requirement: up to 50 lbs Heavy lifters preferred, but light-lifting candidates are also welcome and may be considered depending on current Production Braze/QC needs What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent inspection standards Reliable attendance and ability to work the 2nd shift schedule (MonFri)
