Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Warren Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Queensbury, NY. This role offers a $7,500 Sign‑On Bonus, daily pay through a trusted third‑party provider, and has recently increased rates. Base rate is $26–$34 with an additional $0.50 shift differential for evening shifts. Record residents’ health details, including vitals and temperature. Administer medications and injections to residents as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed. May supervise certified nursing assistants (CNAs). Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene. Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output. Requirements Must be able to work as a team member. Valid LPN state license. Must be in good standing with the state registry.
