Description Inventory Auditor - Retail Inventory Specialist Starting Pay: From $15.00/hour + Attendance Bonus + Advancement Opportunities MSI Inventory Service Corporation is now hiring dependable and motivated individuals for the position of Inventory Auditor. MSI is one of the nation's largest independent inventory service companies, providing professional physical inventory audits for grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacies, department stores, and wholesale operations throughout the United States.

What You'll Do As an Inventory Auditor, you will work with a team to perform professional physical inventory counts at retail and warehouse locations. • Counting and verifying merchandise inventory • Using handheld inventory scanning technology • Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards • Working efficiently in fast-paced retail environments • Assisting Team Leaders as needed No experience is required - MSI provides training for motivated individuals.
What We Offer • Starting pay from $15.00/hour • Additional pay based on experience and performance • $1.00/hour attendance bonus • MSI provides paid training for team members who successfully complete onboarding and begin active field assignments • Performance-based pay increases • Referral bonus opportunities • Advancement opportunities into leadership positions • Opportunity to travel and work with different retail environments
Schedule • Early morning part-time position with consistent work opportunities • Typical start time: 5:00 AM • Daily shift lengths vary based on customer inventory requirements • Weekly hours may vary and can be substantial during busy periods • Work schedules are based on client inventory needs • Some weekend and travel work may be required Requirements Requirements • Reliable transportation to and from assigned office or meet locations • Cell phone or reliable contact number • Ability to arrive on time for early morning shifts • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in retail store environments • Ability to work well in a team setting • Attention to detail and dependability
