No insurance experience? That's okay.

We can teach insurance. We're looking for the things that are harder to teach: work ethic, integrity, communication skills and the desire to succeed.

You'll work with individuals and families who need help understanding Medicare, life insurance and retirement solutions important decisions that are much easier with a knowledgeable person sitting across from them.

You don't need to know insurance yet.

You need to be willing to learn it.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client interviews to assess needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Leverage our network of 250+ top carriers to create customized plans.
• Educate the community on available benefits and financial safeguards.
• Provide ongoing support, including claims assistance and follow-up.
• Stay informed on industry updates and benefit changes.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficiency in MS Word, Email programs
• Drive to be an advocate for your community

Our compensation packages are fully customizable to fit your goals and needs.

USD $41,500.00 - USD $101,000.00 /Yr.
