Why This Role Stands Out High-volume, specialty practice — your skills will be fully utilized Supportive clinic leadership and team-based environment Opportunity to expand urology-specific knowledge and technical skills Mission-driven organization committed to quality, safety, and patient experience Why Choose Novant Health Competitive benefits package Career advancement opportunities Tuition reimbursement and Future Forward education benefit programs What You'll Do As a key member of the care team, you’ll coordinate and assist providers to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care for our patient population, including: Perform and document preliminary patient assessments, including height, weight, pulse, blood pressure, and temperature Ensure patient charts are complete and accurate prior to provider evaluation Interview patients to identify current medical needs and relevant health history Assist providers during examinations, treatments, special tests, and procedures within scope of practice Administer medications as ordered by the clinician Support clinic flow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail Collaborate with the care team to provide an exceptional patient experience What We\'re Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED, required Certification: Current CMA, CCMA, or RMA from approved certifying registries; ability to obtain within 6 months if not currently certified Acceptable certifications may include:

AAMA (CMA)

NHA (CCMA)

AMT (RMA)
