BCBA Needed – Full-Time (Starting ASAP)
\n \nLocation: Southern Maryland / La Plata area (Zip: 20646)
\n \nPay Rate: $50/hour
\n \nSchedule: Full-Time, Current School Year
\n \nWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-wide behavioral consultation and technical assistance across general and special education programs in a local Title I & Community School setting.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop/monitor data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). \n
- Provide coaching, technical guidance, and training to school staff, teachers, and RBTs on ABA principles and de-escalation techniques. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary IEP and MTSS teams, school psychologists, and administrators. \n
- Support crisis planning and compliance with special education requirements (IDEA/FAPE). \n
Requirements:

- Education & Credentials: Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field + Active BCBA certification (must meet current MD requirements). \n
- Experience: 3+ years working with K-12 students with behavioral/special education needs preferred. \n
- Strong skills in data collection, report writing, and staff coaching. \n
