Job Description
The Ford Agency is seeking a motivated Part-Time Administrative Intern to join our team! This individual will be responsible for managing our ATS, by organizing and upkeeping our candidate and client databases. If you have experience with managing databases and a passion for organization, we want to hear from you!
• Upkeep client contracts and information in our filling system
• Manage candidate profiles on our ATS
• Research and collect prospects for Business Development
• Check and proofread various documents
• Assist with additional projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
• Demonstrated experience managing records in a professional environment
• Previous CRM experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Interest or prior exposure in the recruiting industry a plus
Compensation:
• $20/hr
