Overview Front of House (FOH) Lead – Wings Over USA The Front of House Lead is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations by leading the front-of-house team and ensuring excellent guest service. This position works a combination of serving shifts, cashier shifts, and leadership shifts, stepping in to oversee operations when the Store Manager is not present. The FOH Lead sets the standard for professionalism, hospitality, teamwork, and efficiency while helping maintain smooth restaurant operations. Position Summary The FOH Lead acts as a key support role for management by helping guide the front-of-house team, maintaining service standards, and ensuring guests receive a great experience. When the Store Manager is not present, the FOH Lead helps oversee the shift, address guest concerns, and keep operations running smoothly.
