Seeking a Logistics Account Manager with proven open‑deck expertise and a transferable book of business to support immediate growth within our 3PL.
About Us:Next Exit Logistics is a 19-year-old third-party logistics provider and management business specializing in flatbed, heavy hauls and complex logistics. Next Exit Logistics offers customized solutions for specialized shipping and freight transport needs. Our unparalleled expertise in efficiently handling heavy haul shipments across regional and transcontinental routes positions us as a leading logistics and freight company in Texas and across the USA. About the Role:

We offer a competitive salary plus uncapped commission structure. We will help develop your logistics skills and provide advancement opportunities in our growing company. Next Exit Logistics team provides customers with top of industry personalized customer service.
Our successful candidates are friendly, analytical, prepared, and a good negotiator. Must be proactive, dependable, detailed oriented, and an effective communicator. About You:
- 3+ years of experience in business development and logistics account management
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, written and oral communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work well within a team, as well as independently.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Competitive Annual Salary (commensurate with experience) plus monthly commission.
