RESTAURANT MANAGER

Culinaire, a management firm, seeks an experienced and seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead the ML Steaks + Sports restaurant located in the Miami Lakes Hotel. Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train and motivate staff to establish great retention. Establish and maintain an inviting, friendly, positive and professional environment. Ensure and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Successfully manage the overall financial operation. Hands‑on leadership qualities, able to lead by example. Create and promote a vibrant and interactive bar scene. Work closely with the property F&B Director and assist with catering events when needed. Sell the private dining room for events to generate additional revenue. Ensure strict compliance with cash handling procedures and reconcile daily receipts. Manage the opening and closing duties diligently. Produce monthly forecasts of performance versus budget and plan. Track revenue and labor on a daily basis. Analyze and initiate actions to improve product, company image and profitability. Qualifications 2‑3 years of prior experience with a proven record of accomplishment in a similar restaurant. Alcohol Beverage and ServeSafe or Manager's Food Handlers Certification. Flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays. Extremely organized and multi‑task oriented. Computer proficient.
