Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU

Registered Nurse – Post Anesthesia Care Unit

Schedule: 3x12.0 - Rotating shifts (Days/Eve/Nights), including holidays, weekends, and on-call as needed.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 17 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• RN License (New York only)
• Two (2) years of experience
• BLS (American Heart Association only)
• ACLS (American Heart Association only)
• ICU experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide care for adult patients recovering from anesthesia
• Monitor and assess patient recovery and vital signs post-operation
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans and recovery
• Maintain a positive attitude and clear communication within a fast-paced environment
