Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate for their seasonal store in Bakersfield, California. This role supports the Store Management Team by managing sales, guest services, and store setup tasks. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and capable of physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds. This position offers an hourly wage starting at $16.90, based on qualifications and experience.
