Room Attendant - Hotel Housekeeper - Courtyard by Marriott, Littleton, MA

Position Hotel Room Attendant at Courtyard by Marriott in Littleton, MA. Pay $17 - $19 per hour. Schedule Day shift; weekends and holidays required. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in all guest areas, both vacant and occupied rooms. Inspect guest rooms after cleaning duties are finished. Provide excellent customer service. Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed. Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items such as cribs, cots, extra towels, etc. Maintain inventory of necessary supplies. Report maintenance items as needed. Follow departmental policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications Highly responsible and reliable. Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
