Job Summary

Responsible for supporting day-to-day departmental operations and assisting with assigned projects to gain practical business experience. Participates in routine administrative and analytical tasks under the guidance of department leaders. Collaborates with team members to gather data, prepare reports, and support workflow efficiency. Learns organizational processes and professional standards through observation and participation in team initiatives.

Essential Functions

• Assists with administrative and operational tasks to support departmental goals and daily functions.

• Collects, organizes, and analyzes data to assist in preparing reports, presentations, or summaries.

• Coordinates meeting logistics, prepares agendas, and records action items for follow-up.

• Supports project planning and execution by maintaining timelines and tracking deliverables.

• Communicates with team members to gather information and ensure accurate documentation.

• Observes workflows and recommends opportunities for improvement under supervision.

• Assists in developing and maintaining filing systems, databases, and process documentation.

• Participates in training sessions, shadowing opportunities, and mentorship activities to gain functional knowledge.

• Adheres to company policies, confidentiality requirements, and workplace safety standards.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
