We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CSR/Resupply Representative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate resupply services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Resupply Rep, you will play a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction while supporting the overall operations of our organization.



Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with resupply needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
• Engage in outbound calling, text messages and or email to follow up on client requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve client services.
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
