Program Secretary/Academic Services

Effective Date: August 3, 2026 Pay: Clerical Contract, Class IV $25.72 - $30.39 (based on experience) Hours: 8 hours per day 5 days per week 261 days per year Required Experience: Proficient technology skills including Google Docs Strong budget aptitude and experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative assistance to the Directors of Curriculum and Instruction
• Provides administrative assistance to the Executive Director of Learning and Teaching
• Responsible for the budgeting and ordering of curriculum materials, and school musical supplies, and other numerous accounts
• Provides administrative support for the QCOMP and Mentoring departments
• Maintains credit card for numerous budgets
• Other duties as assigned
