Greystar is seeking a maintenance associate to ensure the community’s physical aspects are well-kept and meet standards for grounds and amenities. You will support the service team and maintain common areas, assist with turn processes, and respond to resident requests with professional customer service. Responsibilities include daily inspections, trash removal, minor service requests, and safety-compliant lock changes.
