Delivery Team Associate

Delivery Driver Job duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, and delivering product by car to customers. Training provided on the job. Communication skills required to verbally and in writing process orders. Essential functions include adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing accurately, making correct monetary change, and entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Motor coordination required for precise movements with speed. Work conditions include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees, fumes from food odors, commercial dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensing includes talking, hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments include directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone and with others, working under stress, meeting strict quality control standards, dealing with people, analyzing and compiling data, making judgments and decisions. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks. Machines, tools, and equipment include pencil/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel. Requires valid driver license with safe driving record meeting company standards and access to insured vehicle for delivery. Navigational skills required to read a map, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain. Physical demands include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages during delivery, driving within a designated delivery area, and navigating five or more flights of stairs during delivery.
