About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and experienced SVP of Compliance & Risk to lead its global compliance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing compliance strategies that align with the company's growth plans and ensure adherence to complex regulatory environments across multiple regions. This pivotal role involves full oversight of operational risk and compliance, leading a team of compliance professionals, and acting as a key partner to the leadership team in fostering a culture of engagement and empowerment in risk management. The SVP will also be tasked with defining and implementing comprehensive compliance strategies, providing training, and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Applicants for the SVP of Compliance and Risk position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading compliance teams within a high-growth, international setting. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in handling intricate compliance and risk issues, as well as the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a global risk register, running quarterly risk and audit committees, and ensuring a proactive, risk-aware culture across the organization.
