Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive, patient-focused, and kid-friendly dental practice? We are seeking a dedicated, people-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing team in our Bentonville office.

Previous dental experience is preferred. Bilingual candidates—especially those fluent in Spanish—are highly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Arkansas RDA and X-ray certification (or the ability to obtain it)
• A proactive, patient-first approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques
• Apply pit and fissure sealants
• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene
• Ensure efficient patient flow from reception to treatment area.
• Take dental x-rays as needed

Schedule:

• Split Shift - Example Monday & Tuesday 7am to 3pm / Wednesday & Thursday 12pm to 7pm.
• Every other Friday: 8 am – 1pm
• 32 hours per week
