Clinical & Experience Requirements

• Perioperative Continuum: Must be comfortable working across Pre-Op, Operating Room, and PACU (experience must be clearly reflected on the resume).
• Preferred Experience: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, and Ophthalmology.
• Common Case Types: Endoscopies, pain injections, cataract surgeries, orthopedic procedures, and general surgical cases (note: no C-sections are performed).

Licensing & Compliance

• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Licensure: Active Oregon RN license must be in hand at the time of submission.
• Onboarding Timeline: Strict compliance timeline requiring all onboarding requirements to be completed 2 weeks prior to the start date.
