The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, preparing all financial reports, collaborating on budget and forecast development, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the CFO will be a key player in implementing strategic financial plans and driving the company's financial performance. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a preference for an advanced degree or professional accounting designation. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior accounting role within the manufacturing sector is essential, as is proficiency in Sage accounting software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
