Survey Project Manager – Pennsylvania

Established consulting firm is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead land surveying projects throughout Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced survey professional to manage projects, oversee field and office operations, and help drive continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage surveying projects from proposal through completion.
• Oversee field crews, office staff, scheduling, and project deliverables.
• Perform boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, proposals, and client relationships.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with applicable surveying standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing land surveying projects.
• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveying.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license highly preferred.
• Pennsylvania PLS preferred; candidates with licensure in other states will also be considered.
