Smile Alive is looking for a Dental Assistant In Our Growing Patient Centric Practice SmileAlive is a thriving, independent dental practice in Eugene, known for our thorough, patient -centric approach. We are currently expanding and looking for a seasoned Dental Assistant who takes pride in clinical excellence and building lasting patent relationships. Focus on Care: We prioritizes Continued care scheduling at the point of appointment to ensure our patients never fall through the cracks Your Role & Impact: Provide exceptional chairside support during complex procedures including crowns, bridges, fillings, root canals, extractions and more. Educate patients on their treatment plans and long-term oral health Lead the “continued care” conversation to ensure patients are scheduled for their next visit before they leave the chair. Requirements An EFDA is preferred, but we are willing to support you in achieving that certification. X-ray certification and current BLS/CPR certification Minimum of 2+years of experience in a high-volume, quality-focused environment. Strong communication skills with a focus on patient comfort and education. Job Type Full time, In-person Pay: 22 - 30 per hour based on experience .
