Key Responsibilities Professionals in this role support client engagements across a wide range of accounting and finance initiatives, including: Transaction-related work such as IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures Technical accounting and accounting policy support Financial reporting and regulatory compliance Month-end close, consolidations, and controllership initiatives SOX, internal controls, audit preparation, and remediation Process improvement and systems implementations Budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting Tax Research and Reporting Restructuring SEC & Other Regulatory Reporting Engagements vary by client, industry, and market, providing continuous learning and exposure. Qualifications The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, executive presence, and confidence operating in a client-facing environment. Preferred Experience 2–7 years of experience (3–6 years preferred) External audit experience from a large national public accounting firm CPA strongly preferred , or actively working toward licensure Minimum of three traditional busy seasons Open to candidates with a blend of public accounting and industry experience Core Competencies Strong communication and presentation skills Professional presence with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders High level of accountability, maturity, and sound judgment Willingness to travel and work onsite at client locations as required This is a client-serving role that requires onsite work and travel to client locations . Professionals should be comfortable with: Regular onsite presence , as directed by client engagement needs Travel to client sites , including commutes of up to 60–90 minutes or regional travel Flexibility to support onsite, hybrid, or remote environments based on client requirements The firm is deeply committed to professional development and internal advancement.
