Design and build data pipelines and models using Snowflake and dbt Lead a team, provide technical guidance, and conduct code reviews Manage onshore‑offshore collaboration and delivery timelines Handle client interactions, requirements gathering, and solution discussions Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and best practices Manage job scheduling and automation using Control-M Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience in end‑to‑end data engineering delivery Ability to balance hands‑on work with team leadership Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Lead solution discussions, demos, and architecture reviews. Manage client expectations, escalations, and delivery milestones.
