Texas Licensed BCBA (Spanish Preferred)

To support a growing practice, the full-time Texas Licensed BCBA (Spanish Preferred) will develop, monitor, and oversee ABA treatment plans while providing direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians in a hybrid work environment with 50% remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Maintain an average of 25 billable clinical hours per week Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians and ensure quality care Develop, monitor, and update client programs, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments as needed Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field BCBA certification or appropriate state licensure Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) Ability to provide clinical supervision and parent training in both languages Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
