Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: HIV/HCV trained clinical pharmacist (BCIDP or AAHIVP board certification) with a PGY2 HIV/HCV residency or PGY2 Infectious Disease (ID) residency, and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with 1-hour lunch break.
• Job Responsibilities: Seeing approximately 14 patients per day as a mid-level provider, delivering specialized pharmaceutical care related to HIV and Hepatitis C.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic electronic medical record system, and certification or specialized training in HIV/HCV.
• Additional Information: Position start date is 10/12/2026, with an end date of 12/26/2026.
