Your Daily Responsibilities Will Consist Of:

• Preparing and organizing the operating room to assist in surgical procedures
• Maintaining aseptic environments and following strict infection control protocols
• Passing instruments and essential supplies to the surgical team
• Managing and caring for surgical instruments before, during, and after surgeries
• Keeping track of inventory and ensuring every operation is fully stocked
• Collaborating effectively with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other surgical personnel
• Documenting surgical counts and ensuring accuracy in records

Education Qualifications:

• A degree from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent

Certifications Required:

• Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential
• BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hiring
