Job DescriptionMountain View Dental in Ruidoso, NM is hiring an experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated individual who thrives in a patient-focused dental environment and enjoys working closely with both patients and coworkers.
This full-time Dental Assistant position is ideal for someone who is energetic, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced dental office.

Dental Assistant Responsibilities- Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Provide exceptional patient care and chairside support
- Take and record patient information accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the office
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols
- Previous Dental Assistant experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy dental office
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working on your feet throughout the workday
