Client Services Representative

YALE APPLIANCE CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION: Client Services Representative DEPARTMENT: Client Services REPORTS TO: Client Support Manager FLSA: Non-Exempt Last Updated: 09/2023

CLIENT SERVICES:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

• Assists sales to ensure smooth delivery.
• Fields operational questions from customers and the sales team to work through processes and procedures of the sale
• Keeps customer informed of their products availability for delivery.
• Process exchanges requested by management.
• Verifies all order information with customers such as color, size, energy, door swing etc.
• Takes inbound and outbound calls from customers about their sales orders prior to delivery
• Responds to Inbound & outbound emails responding to account inquiries.
• Work with other departments to make sure all modifications are done prior to delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years of call center experience or equivalent education
• Must have strong customer relations, communication skills Verbal & Written
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong listening, analytic and reasoning skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office and outlook
• Saturday schedule may be required
• Must consent to a criminal background screening

SCHEDULE:

• Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
• Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5pm with rotating Saturday. Hybrid schedule with mandatory in person days (3 days per week) and remote days (2 days per week) after training period has been completed
