? Competitive Pay & Incentives

LPN: $32–$37/hour
RN: $40/hour

Additional Pay:

• Night Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour

• Weekend Warrior: +$2.00/hour

• $7,500 Full-Time Sign-On Bonus

• $5,000 Part-Time Sign-On Bonus

• Daily Pay Option

? 12-Hour Shifts

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Do

As an RN or LPN at Allure of Sterling, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while working as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans and physician orders.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns.

• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.

• Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts.

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.

• Follow physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.

• Perform skilled nursing procedures within your scope of practice, including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and other treatments.

• Complete incident and accident reports when required.

• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team communication.

• Follow infection prevention and control standards.

• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the healthcare team.

• Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive environment.

• Serve as an advocate for residents and their needs.

What We're Looking For Required:

• Current, active Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.

• Current CPR certification.

• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Preferred:

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience.

• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices.

New graduates and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply!
