Overview The Assembler is responsible for performing assembly and sub-assembly work in a production environment. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while meeting production goals and quality standards. Job Duties Assemble and sub-assemble components according to work instructions and specifications Use hand tools and air-powered tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches Perform visual and mechanical inspections using measuring devices including calipers, micrometers, and resistance meters Package finished products for shipment Maintain quality and productivity standards Follow all safety procedures and work instructions Qualifications Previous assembly experience preferred Mechanical aptitude required Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures Experience using hand tools and air tools Basic math skills Trade school education in electrical or mechanical disciplines is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent lifting of up to 35 lbs.
