About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Software Engineering to take on a pivotal role in building and leading a software organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for starting with a small team of engineers and expanding it, as well as owning all aspects of software engineering, including hiring, talent development, setting standards, and ensuring delivery quality. The role also involves making major architecture decisions in collaboration with the data architect and broader technology leadership.
