We have the perfect opportunity for you. Our firm is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in large projects, Mechanical, MEP, and Commercial construction. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical skills, team leadership abilities, and passion for travel into a rewarding career. Responsibilities: Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Review the work progress on a daily basis. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Manage the budget and estimate costs. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget. Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of proven working experience in construction management. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods. Understanding of all facets of the construction process. Familiarity with construction management software packages. Competent in conflict and crisis management. Excellent time and project management skills. BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field. Experience with Mechanical, MEP, Stadium, or Commercial projects is a must. Excellent knowledge of building and construction materials, processes, and equipment. Exceptional leadership and management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong planning and organization skills.
