You’ll keep your projects on course as you track progress, anticipate needs, and facilitate communication between the Acquisition Office, program managers, lead engineers, and customer. Your organized, hands-on approach will help you stay ahead of challenges and build a team that consistently delivers beyond expectations.This position is located onsite in Springfield, VA and requires a TS/SCI POLY.Responsibilities:As an Integrator on our team you will:Manage the development and integration of individual projects within our large-scale program.Keep your projects on course as you track progress, anticipate needs, and facilitate communication between the Acquisition Office, program managers, lead engineers, and customer.You are organized; hands-on approach will help you stay ahead of challenges and build a team that consistently delivers beyond expectations.Be responsible for support of program business and functional operationsDuties may also include facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between the customer and ecosystem providersManage project schedules and project integrators on site processesQualifications:Required:University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of related work experienceTS/SCI with Active poly (Background Investigation and Poly conducted in the last 4yrs)5+ years of project management, including project initiation, stakeholder communication plans, project tailoring and project close out5+ years of experience with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs5+ years of experience with requirements review and tracking5+ years of experience with management for systems or software delivery programsAbility to manage project schedules and project integrators on site processesAbility to work and communicate at multiple levels from senior leadership to installation teamsExperience with program management, Readiness reviews, and Governance boardsExperience with conducting technical exchange meetingsExperience with working in team environmentsExperience with Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience with using SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRAPossession of excellent oral and written communication skillsDesired:Ability to prepare and conduct briefings to diverse audiencesAbility to create project documentation-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
