Salary: $40- $70 per hour

In search of a loving, conscientious, and experienced hospice nurse to join Capstone Hospice in NE Houston. The position will likely begin as pay-per-visit with the possibility of expanding into salary or full-time.

Responsibilities include: developing care plans for individual patients, monitor patients' conditions, and provide guidance and support to both patients and families. The role is focused on serving clients in Humble/Kingwood and the surrounding area, and will include visits to private homes, residential care facilities, and nursing homes. This RN must be eager to learn, team-oriented, and relationship-focused.
