You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care, and serve as a key resource for residents, families, and team members.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support nursing staff (CNAs & LPNs) on assigned unitEnsure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered careCoordinate care planning, admissions, and dischargesMonitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care teamMaintain accurate and compliant clinical documentationEnsure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulationsServe as a leader and mentor, promoting teamwork and accountabilityAssist with coverage for call-outs as neededQualificationsActive, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)Prior nursing experience required (not open to new graduates)Current CPR certification requiredMust maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of NursingExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCompassionate and team-oriented mindsetWe are an equal opportunity employer.
