Sr.Full Stack Java Developer

Responsibilities Create the business plan for the execution of detailed design and the business process. Analyze and decompose the business process. Document the business process requirements. Maintain the master data and participate in enterprise flow. Actively participate in workshops and presentations, guiding applications to validated business processes and solutions with end users. Involve in various stages of implementation from blueprint, gap analysis to customizations, go‑live, post‑live, production support, user training, and documentation. Collaborate with business partners to understand and synthesize business requirements into end‑user services. Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders for test management and defect management activities. Customize pricing procedures and freight conditions, tendering rules, access sequence, Purchase Order creation, and costing conditions. Maintain vendor account groups, create number ranges for vendor accounts, and define account groups with screen layouts for vendors. Work on time & service‑related revenue recognition procedures. Participate in functional unit testing plans, integration test scenarios, and execute unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests with system owners. Participate in functional requirement sessions with business and IT teams, train end users and junior QA engineers to prepare user manuals; meet aggressive project deadlines. Assist in collecting requirement specifications, analyzing business processes, and mapping process flow to determine the exact nature of users’ system requirements. Assist in analyzing systems with solutions to improve capabilities. Assist in creating processing steps and designing new systems according to user requirements. Interact with IT professionals such as software engineers and programmers to develop data migration tools and address ad‑hoc issues related to day‑to‑day activities. Work closely with IT professionals throughout implementation and testing phases; set up test environments and test data for comprehensive project testing. Assist programmers in debugging or eliminating system errors. Assist in preparing specifications, flow charts, and process diagrams for programmers. Assist in developing and maintaining systems documentation such as design specifications, user manuals, technical manuals, application operations descriptions, and methodology documentation. Must be able to travel temporarily to client sites throughout the U.S. Design, develop, test, and maintain elegant software solutions. Actively engage in code reviews and knowledge sharing. Work closely with other engineers to develop cross‑team features. Have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Bamboo, SonarQube, and AWS knowledge. Proficient in Java 8 (mandatory) and knowledgeable in REST, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Docker/Containers, AWS, relational databases, and JMS/messaging. Respond to production system disruptions to ensure client satisfaction. Java developer positions analyze user needs and define site objectives. Use programming languages and software to build applications. Collaborate with other developers to produce optimal outcomes. Analyze, design, program, test, and maintain software applications. Recommend software upgrades for customers’ existing programs and systems. Design application components and plan how they interconnect. Create models and diagrams such as flowcharts instructing programmers. Ensure software continues to function normally through maintenance and testing. Document every aspect of the application or system. Collaborate with other computer specialists to create optimum software. Develop .NET custom applications and components using ASP.NET, VB.NET, Oracle, PL/SQL, XML, HTML, Angular, WebAPI, REST, XML, and JSON. Gather and analyze requirements. Develop use cases and create functional requirement specifications. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code; create user interfaces and develop software solutions. Create UI components, web services, and database interactions, and web user‑interface server‑side functionality using ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, Sitecore, and SharePoint. Prepare unit test plans, releases, and functionality test‑case documents; develop end‑to‑end automated test cases using automation tools. Use Salesforce Product Suite (Salesforce 1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud); design and develop solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. Perform analysis, requirement engineering, development, enhancement, testing, and maintenance of web‑based and portal‑based object‑oriented enterprise applications. Design and implement Salesforce applications using Apex and Visual Force programming languages. Develop presentation layer in Visual Force and business logic in Apex using classes, triggers, standard and custom controllers, controller extensions, and Web Services API. Coordinate with team regularly to track the requirements. Conceptualize, build, and maintain pre‑aggregated datasets, reports, and other analytical products. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business problems and build/automate analytics products such as well‑architected aggregate tables, intuitive dashboards, and visualizations. Develop deep understanding of Snowflake EDW, dimensional models, and ETL business logic. Become a subject‑matter expert in upstream source systems over time. Translate data and insights into meaningful stories to drive strategy, action, and decision‑making at an executive level. Work closely with the Data Platforms team to determine the best strategy for process scheduling and follow best practices set by the team. Expert SQL skills, particularly in analytics and reporting capacities; significant experience creating and maintaining data warehouses and reporting processes. Advanced data‑modeling skills, including star‑schemas/snowflake‑schemas and slowly changing dimensions. Advanced SQL skills: primary/foreign keys, indexes, joins, unions, tables and views, DML/DDL statements, window functions, scalar and aggregate functions. Qualifications Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or any Engineering or related field. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable; e.g., three years of experience for each missing year of university/college education in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Must have at least two years of experience in the related field. Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Application or Information Systems, Technology, Electrical Engineering, or any Engineering or related field.
