Job Title: Fulfillment Associate

Department: Distribution

Location: Onsite –Avon, MA

Reports to: Distribution Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm (40 hours/week)

Pay Range: $20-$24/hr

Charles D. Sheehy supplies pipe, vales, and fittings to Mechanical Pros across New England. Currently, we are seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our Distribution team to fulfill orders for our customers.  If you're a reliable and motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a supportive team, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do

• Pick, prepare, and stage materials for delivery
• Verify outbound orders for accuracy
• Assist with loading trucks
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
• Pitch in with other tasks as needed

  What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred (but not required – we’ll train you!)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to read and write basic English

Additional Details

• Uniforms provided
• Must be able to operate P.I.T. equipment (training provided)
