Dane Street Seeking Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeons Remote, Flexible Work
Dane Street, a nationally recognized Independent Review Organization (IRO), is expanding its panel of Physician Reviewers. We are currently seeking Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeons with an active Illinois medical license to perform Utilization Reviews .
This is a fully remote, non-clinical role ideal for physicians seeking flexible, supplemental income .
Role Overview:Review medical records for medical necessity
Use state-specific and national clinical guidelines
Deliver clear, evidence-based determinations
Turnaround: typically 1 5 business days
May include peer-to-peer calls and addenda
Independent contractor (1099)
Flat rate per case
Cases take 15 minutes
Work from anywhere
You control your volume and schedule
No patient interaction or treatment
Chronological, pre-organized records
Easy-to-use portal and full onboarding
Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery
Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license
Active clinical practice
