Entry Level Sales Representative

Job Summary We are looking for a full‑time Sales Development Representative to engage with new and existing customers, identify their home remodeling needs, and provide tailored solutions. After several weeks of our MBA‑style classroom training, you will be equipped with advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to succeed in a base‑salary plus commission role. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand and articulate their remodeling requirements. Present Victory’s products and services in a clear, digestible manner. Serve as the first point of contact, acting as a brand ambassador and spokesperson. Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly with a positive attitude. Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver solutions. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends. Participate in performance‑based reward programs and team building activities. Qualifications Growth‑oriented and coachable. Compensation and Benefits $4,500 signing bonus – the highest in the industry. Base salary $70,000–$90,000 plus commission and bonuses.
