Sterling Engineering is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant in Blairsville, PA. This opportunity will work directly with the HR team while also supporting building and office needs.

Job Summary:

The HR Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with day-to-day building and office needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, organized, and comfortable working with a variety of people.

Job Duties:

• Provide administrative support to the HR team.

• Assist with managing day-to-day building and office needs.

• Support general administrative tasks and office coordination.

• Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other team members.

• Help ensure the office and facility needs are addressed in a timely manner.

• Take a proactive, hands-on approach to completing tasks and resolving issues.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.

• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a similar environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality.

• Ability to work well with a variety of people and teams.

• Proactive, dependable, and willing to take initiative.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Fully onsite in Blairsville, PA
