Project Manager – Security Location: Albuquerque, NM Company: Loyal Source About the Role Loyal Source is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee large, multi-phase construction projects with a strong emphasis on the installation of physical security systems . This individual will play a key role in coordinating complex project scopes, interpreting construction drawings, and ensuring successful execution from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee large, multi-phase construction projects from initiation through closeout Interpret and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-scope completion Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and resolve issues Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide consistent project updates Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and organizational procedures Qualifications Proven experience managing large projects dealing with the installation of security (access control, CCTV, etc.) Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans Experience overseeing large or multi-phase projects Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Benefits Medical Dental Vision PTO Paid Holidays Equal Employment Opportunity Loyal Source is an equal opportunity employer.
