We're seeking experienced and motivated Mechanics to join our operations in Bowerston and Belmont, Ohio. This role is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing our fleet of trucks and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Responsibilities:

We're seeking experienced and motivated Mechanics to join our operations in Bowerston and Belmont, Ohio. This role is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing our fleet of trucks and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Conduct inspections and identify mechanical or electrical issues
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and service documentation
- Collaborate with drivers and supervisors to ensure timely repairs
- Adhere to company and DOT safety standards at all times
- Competitive pay range of $27-$45/hour, based on experience
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- $500 X years with Company retention bonus
- $300 quarterly performance bonus
- Two weeks paid time off accrual upon start

- 2+ years of diesel or heavy truck mechanic experience preferred
